Our most common question: what's the difference, and which do I need? The answer depends on your home's current state.
Standard cleaning covers essential maintenance tasks — vacuuming, mopping, dusting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, removing trash. It maintains cleanliness, not tackle built-up grime.
Deep cleaning covers everything in standard plus neglected areas that accumulate buildup: inside appliances, baseboards, window tracks, cabinet interiors, behind furniture, and more.
Time difference: A standard clean of a 3-bed home takes 2–3 hours. A deep clean of the same home typically takes 4–6 hours or more.
Standard if: Your home is reasonably clean, you want ongoing maintenance, and the last professional clean was within 1–2 months.
Deep clean if: It has been 2–3+ months since professional cleaning, it is your first time using a service, you are prepping for guests, a sale, or a move, or there has been recent construction.
New customers: always start with a deep clean. It establishes a clean baseline so subsequent standard cleanings are faster and better value.
