Your price is a flat rate worked out from your home — the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the square footage. Standard cleaning starts at $160 and ranges up to $468 for larger homes. Homes over 4,000 sq ft are quoted on a call. The calculator on our pricing page gives the exact price for your home, and that is the price you pay.
Standard cleaning covers all regular maintenance areas. Deep cleaning goes further — inside the oven, behind appliances, baseboards, window tracks. We recommend starting with a deep clean if this is your first visit, then maintaining with standard home cleaning visits on a recurring schedule.
