Yes. Every team member passes a comprehensive background check, with no exceptions. We are fully bonded and insured.

No. Many customers provide entry instructions or a key, and we treat every home with the same care whether you’re there or not. You’ll get a text when the cleaner is on the way and when the job is done.

Note your preference when booking and we honor it whenever possible. Many of our recurring customers across the East Bay have had the same cleaner for months.

No. All supplies and equipment are provided. Nothing for you to buy or set out.

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean any missed areas at no charge.

Yes — 15% off every weekly visit and 10% off every other week, down to our $160 minimum. There is no discount on monthly service; monthly is charged at the standard rate. Recurring rates are here.
